01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the gempak33 platform, including visitors, registered members, and VIP members. Access to or use of any gempak33 service — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, fisher games, mix parlay, and any promotional features — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete legal framework governing your gempak33 membership. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication, these Terms shall prevail.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on gempak33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your membership.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of gempak33 or any of its affiliated companies or game studio partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling services, including any exclusion previously applied on the gempak33 platform itself.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) active gempak33 account at any given time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the device, email address, or payment method used. gempak33 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and may confiscate balances held across such accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update them promptly if they change. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gempak33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify gempak33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Do not use the "Remember Me" function on shared or public devices.
• Log out fully after each session on shared devices.
• Report suspected account compromise to gempak33 support immediately via live chat.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

gempak33 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is RM 20. gempak33 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your gempak33 account are held in trust for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform. Deposits are not investments and do not accrue interest. gempak33 is not a financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• gempak33 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for TnG eWallet and Boost withdrawals. Actual processing times may vary due to third-party payment processing factors.
• gempak33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance checks. You may be required to provide additional documentation.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

gempak33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply platform-wide:

• Bonuses are credited at gempak33's sole discretion and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on eligible games as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Members who open duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses will have all accounts suspended and all bonus credits confiscated.
• gempak33 may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• gempak33 reserves the right to exclude any member from any promotion at its discretion, including members deemed to be exploiting promotional structures.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.

06 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on gempak33 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as published within the platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general conditions apply to all wagers:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the member.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or betting event, gempak33 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes.
• gempak33's decision on the outcome of any disputed game or bet is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Live betting odds are subject to change until the bet is fully confirmed. A confirmation message from gempak33 constitutes acceptance of the wager at the displayed odds.
• Mix Parlay selections are subject to specific minimum and maximum odds requirements as displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement.
• gempak33 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any member, event, or market at its discretion, particularly in cases where abnormal betting patterns are detected.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gempak33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one gempak33 account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through patterns designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing opposing bets across markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome at the expense of gempak33's risk management.
• Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting obvious pricing errors, software bugs, or technical malfunctions on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using gempak33 as a vehicle for laundering funds from any illegal activity.
• Underage gambling: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your gempak33 account.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false identity documents or impersonating another individual.

08 Responsible Gaming

gempak33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Malaysian players. We strongly encourage members to approach gaming as a form of entertainment and to set firm personal limits on time and money spent.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all gempak33 members via their account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on funds deposited into your gempak33 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when a specified gaming session duration has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (minimum 7 days, maximum 6 months) or apply a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the gempak33 platform — including but not limited to software, databases, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the property of gempak33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gempak33 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of platform content in any form.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gempak33 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the member failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruptions or errors in platform access arising from circumstances beyond gempak33's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the gempak33 platform, even if gempak33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Decisions made by the member in connection with gaming activity on the platform, including all financial losses arising from wagering.

gempak33's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

gempak33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units.
• A member's voluntary request for account closure, which gempak33 will action within 24 hours.

Upon termination for cause, gempak33 reserves the right to confiscate any balance, including deposited funds, pending investigation. Members terminated for cause will not be eligible to re-register under any name or payment method.

12 Amendments to These Terms

gempak33 may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The revised Terms will specify the effective date. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any revision, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure through gempak33 support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gempak33's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to gempak33's internal dispute resolution process. Members may contact gempak33 support via live chat to initiate a formal complaint. gempak33 undertakes to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and to provide a resolution or progress update within 14 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in gempak33's operating jurisdiction. Class action waiver: no member may bring or participate in a class or collective action claim against gempak33.
